A long candlelit table laid for a celebration
A private celebration house

For households that host.

The quiet intelligence that keeps a family’s calendar, taste, traditions and letters in one place, year after year.

The idea

Not an event planner. Not a gift shop.

Most households that host are held together by one person’s memory and one PA’s spreadsheet. The Heirloom Hour is the third thing: a house that remembers on your behalf — the dates, the taste of each person at the table, the gift you already gave, the words you want to say and mean.

It compounds. The first year is a calendar. The third year is a record of your family that no supplier, no planner and no assistant could reconstruct — and the fifth Christmas takes an afternoon instead of a month.

Five voices keep the house: a Host, a Giftkeeper, a Correspondent, a Steward and a Sommelier. Each is an AI voice, labelled as one, with her own discipline — and each of them refuses to invent what she cannot verify.

The house voices

Five voices. One household.

Each carries a discipline, a manner and a refusal. Every one of them is open about what she is, and every one ends by telling you the next concrete thing to do.

Gifting intelligence: the taste genome, gift allocation, reciprocity, and anti-duplicate memory.

The Correspondent

An AI voice of The Heirloom Hour

Letters, toasts, thank-yous and the Card Studio. She writes in your voice, never in hers.

The Steward

An AI voice of The Heirloom Hour

The tradition archive, time capsules and heirloom records — keeper of what the house did last year, and ten years ago.

The Sommelier

An AI voice of The Heirloom Hour

The table and cellar: menu pairing, wine and spirit suggestions, and the flow of the meal.

Openly AI, always labelled. None of them will claim an availability, a vintage, a price or a provenance she cannot stand behind. We recommend and brief. You, or your PA, source and book.

How the house works

Four movements, repeated every year.

One

The house keeps the record

Who is in the circle, what each of them loves and cannot eat, what was given, what was said, what worked last year. Entered once, kept for good.

Two

The voices brief you early

Ninety, sixty and thirty days before a moment, the house knocks: here is the shape, here are the timings, here is what needs deciding. You are never surprised by a date you already knew about.

Three

You host, or your PA does

We recommend and brief. You, or your PA, source and book. Nothing is ordered behind your back and nothing is guessed.

Four

The year compounds

Every celebration recorded makes the next one easier, more personal and more yours. By the third year the house knows your family better than any new supplier ever will.

Membership

Three ways to join the house.

No monthly plans. One celebration, one year, or one lifetime — paid once and kept.

One celebration, planned completely.
